Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Shimla. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
• Strong skills in client relationship management and team leadership
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the electrical manufacturing industry is a required
