Senior Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Sales of Profiles to Fabricators.
• Marketing & Business Development.
• Managing people and their performance thereof.
• Team Building and Team Management.
• Customer Management, Growth and Retention (Ivekauding and not limited to Fabricators, Dealers, Builders, Architects, end-users..).
• Performance Management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Oversee day-to-day sales to better understand the market and grow the business.
• Identify and bring in new clients for long-term orders.
• Set team sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections and provide necessary training and support for enhancing their performance.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales target of the team. Continually assess the marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
• Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.
• Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team and providing motivation and inspiration.
• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions if required.
• Monitor team performance and ensure ontime variable compensation based on performance.
• Support HR in the hiring of relevant and effective resources in the team. Track,
• Generate and share periodic Market Reports that will aid / enable review of Strategy and any changes thereof.
• Will be responsible for profitability at a Gross Margin Level by region and product.
