Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Roorkee/Delhi-NCR for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with customers. They will ensure sales targets are met, prepare detailed sales reports, and align strategies with organizational goals. The role requires active collaboration with clients and stakeholders to maintain and grow Sensormart’s market presence. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management in Area of Smart Cities & Highway Infrastructure Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and market analysis skills Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications Result-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Experience in the Traffic sensor industry is a must Ability to work in an extensive travel environment in Delhi/NCR and manage sales independently
