We're Hiring: Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai (Nearby candidates preferred) Work Mode: Work from Office Experience: 5–10 years Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month We’re looking for a results-driven, self-motivated Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director with a strong track record in healthcare or tourism sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of digital platforms and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives Identify, connect with, and convert potential clients Conduct tailored consultations and impactful presentations Negotiate and close deals effectively Build and maintain long-term client relationships Track performance metrics and report to senior management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus) 5–10 years of experience in sales (target-based roles preferred) Prior experience in healthcare or tourism industries Excellent English communication and presentation skills Basic knowledge of modern sales tools and market trends Strong time management and organizational skills Willingness to travel, if needed
