Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment domain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and offer customized staffing solutions.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams to provide suitable profiles.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client interactions and pipeline details.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of the staffing process, market, and client engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
• Target-driven and result-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT staffing or niche industries (like healthcare, finance, engineering).
• Good network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
• Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
