Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a target-driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into admissions for online undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This role demands strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the edtech landscape. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable UG/PG programs. Follow up rigorously on leads through CRM tools, calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Meet and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets. Counsel students on career and academic goals to facilitate enrollment decisions. Maintain a high conversion rate from lead to admission. Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and payment plans. Report daily/weekly performance metrics to the Sales Manager. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or academic counseling. Prior experience in edtech or higher education sales is a strong plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
