Human Resource Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Manage employee onboarding and induction process. Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.). Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. Support in payroll preparation and benefits administration. Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational procedures. Assist with performance management and appraisal processes. Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in an HR role. Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Preferred Skills: Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Knowledge of payroll software or systems.
