Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive admissions for our online undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication, convincing skills, and a student-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform and guide them about available online UG and PG programs.
Follow up on leads provided through digital marketing and other sources.
Counsel students on program offerings, career prospects, fee structure, and admission process.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from inquiry to enrollment.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; education or sales background preferred.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or telesales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a high-performance environment with sales targets.
