Salary: 17,000 27,000 + Uncapped Incentives (based on experience)

Plot Calling Key Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach:

  Make outbound calls to property owners, developers, and leads to generate interest in selling/plotting opportunities.

• Qualify Leads:

  Ask targeted questions to determine plot size, location, ownership status, expected price, and readiness to sell.

• Information Gathering & Listing Creation:

  Collect accurate property details (survey number, dimensions, legal status, photos) and handover for listing creation or escalate to listing team.

• Appointment Scheduling:

  Fix site visits and meetings between interested buyers and plot owners; coordinate timing and share required documents.

• Follow-ups & Nurturing:

  Regularly follow up with prospects to keep the lead warm, address queries, and move them through the sales funnel.

• Coordinate with Internal Teams:

  Work with sales, legal, and operations teams to resolve verification, documentation, or possession queries.

• Maintain CRM & Reporting:

  Log all calls, outcomes, and next steps in CRM; provide daily/weekly call reports and conversion metrics.

• Achieve Targets & Compliance:

  Meet assigned call volume and conversion KPIs while ensuring compliance with company scripts and regulatory guidelines.
