Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead revenue growth by managing key clients, closing high-value deals, and supporting junior sales team members. The role involves both field and inside sales, strategic client handling, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing clients
• Identify business opportunities through market research and lead generation
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals independently
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
• Mentor and guide junior sales executives when required
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–6 years of proven experience in sales or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to handle enterprise or high-value clients
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B/B2C sales (as per industry)
• Leadership or team-handling exposure
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
