Job Summary:

Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new leads and business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, distributors, or dealers.
Pitch products effectively, handle objections, and close deals to meet sales targets.
Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, and issue resolution.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, visit logs, and performance trackers.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Travel occasionally for dealer visits, exhibitions, or client meetings (not frequent).

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred). MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
4–7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or machinery/equipment industry.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Comfortable with MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
