Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person regarding travel bookings and services.
Assist clients with flight, hotel, car rental, and tour bookings.
Provide information about travel regulations, documentation requirements, and destination highlights.
Modify, cancel, or rebook travel arrangements as requested by customers.
Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM or booking software.
Work closely with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and internal departments to coordinate seamless travel plans.
Stay updated on industry trends, travel restrictions, and promotions to better assist customers.
Promote travel insurance, upgrades, and add-ons when applicable.
