Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain proper documentation for vehicle sales and delivery.
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments for smooth operations.
Promote finance, insurance, and accessories to enhance the overall deal value.
Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and events.
Maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Generate referrals and encourage repeat business through excellent service.
