Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Manage and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
Mentor and support junior sales team members as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 4–7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in [industry].
Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel as needed.
