Job Description

You will be joining P R Engineering Works, a certified company based in India, that specializes in Engineering, Sugar Factory, and Machinery. As the Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead the sales team, create sales strategies, and implement plans to achieve revenue goals. Your role will also include identifying new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and team leadership. Effective communication and negotiation abilities are crucial, along with a background in B2B sales and business development. Knowledge of industry trends and market analysis will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with a proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Kolhapur at P R Engineering Works. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
