About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Female Sales & PR Executive who can manage client acquisition, ad sales, public relations, and branding activities for our news channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new clients for advertisement and branding.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for continuous business.
• Handle PR activities, communication, and coordination with local stakeholders.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Pitch customized advertising plans and negotiate deals.
• Represent Jandarpan Media in local events and meetings.
• Maintain proper sales reports and share regular updates with management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Female candidates only
• Experienced candidates preferred (Media / Sales / PR background)
• Graduation in any stream
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle field visits and client meetings
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM preferred)
• Smart, presentable, and confident personality
