Senior Sales Executive

The Location: Mithapur, Jaladhar

About the Role

Datacore is seeking Inside Sales Associates for its International Sales Division. The role involves handling high-intent inbound and outbound leads from the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia and converting them into premium clients using consultative telesales and lead conversion strategies.

This is a voice-based inside sales role offering global exposure, performance-driven incentives, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with international clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients using consultative selling techniques.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, lead tracking, and follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent Datacore with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and persuasive communication.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in Inside Sales, International Telesales, Outbound Calling, Voice Process, BPO Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is mandatory.
• Proven ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.
• Goal-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated with strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST), 5.5 days/week.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 9-hour night shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST).
• Week: 5.5 days (alternate Saturdays off).
• Mode: In-office only (Mithapur, Jalandhar).
