About the Role

Datacore is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its International Sales Division. This role involves handling high-intent inbound and outbound inquiries from USA, UK, Canada, and Australia, and converting them into premium clients using consultative selling and client relationship management.

This is a voice-based, client-facing role ideal for professionals with experience in inside sales, telesales, BPO voice process, customer support, or client acquisition, offering global exposure and unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing international client calls and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients using consultative telesales techniques.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales, conversion, and client engagement targets.
• Conduct virtual consultations and product/service demonstrations for international clients.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Represent Datacore with professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in Inside Sales, International Telesales, Customer Service, Voice Process, BPO, or Client Acquisition.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is mandatory.
• Strong closing skills with a target-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST), 5.5 days/week.
• Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 9-hour night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST).
• Week: 5.5 days (alternate Saturdays off).
• Mode: In-office only (Rohini, New Delhi).
