With a presence spanning 16+ states, a customer base in lakhs, and a reputation for quality, innovation and customer satisfaction, Welcomevet is scaling up rapidly. We are now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team.

What you’ll do

• Act as the first point of contact for our customers — farmers, livestock owners, chemists, doctors, vets, stockists.

• Handle customer enquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp) about products, usage instructions, dosages, product availability, and order status.

• Provide accurate product information, after-sales support, and guidance for safe and effective use of veterinary products.

• Coordinate between customers and internal teams (sales, stockists, production) to resolve issues or follow-up orders.

• Maintain customer records, feedback logs, and ensure timely follow-up and excellent support.

• Support building and strengthening long-term relationships with clients — ensuring trust, reliability, and customer satisfaction (which are core values of Welcomevet). 

Who we are looking for

• Strong communication skills (Hindi + English) — able to interact with rural & semi-urban customers, field staff, vets etc.

• Empathetic, patient, customer-oriented — someone who understands livestock / veterinary context or is willing to learn.

• Comfortable working with calls, WhatsApp, email, and handling queries professionally.

• Ability to coordinate internal teams, track orders/shipments/customer requests, and follow up diligently.

• Basic familiarity or willingness to learn about veterinary products, animal health, feed supplements, dosage instructions — helpful, but not mandatory.

• Preferably someone from Uttar Pradesh or nearby (or willing to relocate), with adaptability to engage with rural/regional clients.
