We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive (Back Office) with a strong background in industrial sales coordination and customer management
The ideal candi will support the sales team by managing inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with production, and ensuring smooth communication with clients Key Responsibilities: Handle industrial sales and customer coordination activities Manage internal and external inquiries, follow-ups, and order tracking Generate and process sales orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate closely with the production team for order execution and dispatch planning Maintain excellent customer relationships through proactive communication Assist in business development by identifying potential leads and follow-up actions Prepare reports, quotations, and documentation as required by the sales team Ensure smooth back-office operations supporting front-line sales Required Skills & Competencies: Sound knowledge of industrial products and sales processes Strong communication and coordination abilities Good command over MS Office and ERP systems (preferred) English communication (verbal & written) is an added advantage
