The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to lead high-value sales opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and drive business growth. You will combine deep CNC industry knowledge with strategic sales skills to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the CNC/machining sector.
• Analyze customer requirements, review technical drawings, and propose optimal solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and ROI discussions with decision-makers.
• Work closely with engineering, applications, and service teams to ensure project success.
• Stay informed on CNC market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Mentor junior sales engineers and share best practices.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of proven sales experience in CNC machinery, tooling, or automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, programming basics, and tooling systems.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office; CAD/CAM familiarity is a plus.
• Established network within the manufacturing industry is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
