Post - Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager,
1. To generate revenue for the organization
2. Smooth functioning of sales and after sales process.
3. To train staff to how to attended customers, support them to negotiate or close deals, financing and completing formalities for the sale.
4. Increasing customer base and creating references.
Settings sales targets and objective standards for sales representative
Motivating executive to achieve individual sales target.
Helping Executive to close deals and ensure that their monthly targets are achieved.
Conducting brain storming sessions to understand their thinking process and based on that help them to increase their conversion ratio.( Visits versus bookings)
Reporting to senior management about the daily sales activities
Sending weekly and monthly sales report and analysis.
Participating in management meetings.
Sharing inputs in meeting which will help to boost sales .
Dealing with bankers for new financial schemes and offers to promote sales
Get project APF for new projects.
Coordinating with bank surveyors for work status and their disbursements.
Making team members understand and train them on funding options
Help team members to close deals with providing solutions where there are down payment issues.
