Job Summary:

Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through regular market visits.
  • Identify and meet potential clients including architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, and retail customers.
  • Promote company products and provide accurate product information to clients.
  • Build strong business relationships to increase brand presence and sales volume.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor data to support sales strategies.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on visits, meetings, and sales performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and after-sales support.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate with 3 to 7 years of experience in field sales.
  • Prior experience in

    building materials, furniture, or related sectors

    is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent

    negotiation

    and

    relationship-building

    abilities.
  • Should be

    willing to travel extensively

    in Udaipur and surrounding areas.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
