Job Description

Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and tactics to achieve business goals and objectives. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach sales teams to achieve targets, manage performance, and provide guidance and support. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop new client relationships. Sales Performance Management: Track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive results. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Financial Management: Develop and manage a sales budget, track expenses, and monitor financial performance. Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate records. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
