We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and passionate Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients , and achieving sales targets . You will represent the company in a strategic metro city and play a key role in expanding our market presence and promoting our chemical products to contractors, builders, and industrial users. Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients, including contractors, builders, and formwork users. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Present and pitch chemical products effectively to decision-makers. Conduct on-site product demonstrations and provide technical support when needed. Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely quotations, product deliveries, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date Daily Sales Reports (DSR), client feedback, and market insights. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing activities as required. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B industrial or construction product sales. Experience in construction chemicals, paints, waterproofing, or related industries preferred. Strong network with contractors, project managers, and procurement heads is a plus. Key Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong sales acumen and customer-focused mindset. Technical understanding of construction/chemical products is an advantage. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Product Formulation & Customization: Develop and optimize formulations of concrete admixtures such as plasticizers, superplasticizers (PCE/SNF), retarders, and accelerators based on project needs. Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate implementation of formulation instructions at the manufacturing plant. Technical Sales Support: Provide on-site technical support , dosage recommendations, and troubleshooting for concrete mix-related issues. Conduct product presentations , laboratory trials, and field demonstrations for clients and channel partners. Assist sales teams by offering technical validation during pre- and post-sales interactions. Client & Market Engagement: Build strong relationships with contractors , RMC plants , consultants , and infrastructure developers . Monitor market trends , IS codes, industry best practices, and competitor offerings to ensure product relevance and performance. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare technical reports , performance summaries , and dosage charts . Contribute to the development of product datasheets , brochures, and application guides. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and QA teams to enhance product quality and ensure consistency across batches. Offer insights to help the commercial team align technical performance with business goals.
