Finance Manager Bengaluru 3 - 5 years INR 7.0 - 8.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, including aging analysis and reconciliations Closely work with sales team to track targets vs achievements and provide regular updates. Prepare a report of pending and credit payments of sales team. Store management- Inventory Responsibility and Reconciliation GST Invoice working knowledge (Invoicing, E-way Bill) Issuing Credit Note /Debit Notes Weekly, Monthly, Accounts Reconciliation Maintain and operate Invoice and Customer ledger systems using Zoho Books (mandatory) Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during internal and statutory audits Prepare journal vouchers for sales and purchases, and manage invoicing. Customer billing and Payment Reconciliation. Inventory counting and management (Mandatory) Requirements: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory MBA in Finance is preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in similar finance roles This role is based out of Bangalore and requires travel to other cities in South India as per our business requirement.

Senior Accounts And Finance Executive manesar 3 - 5 years INR 3.0 - 4.0 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Role & responsibilities Accounting & Finance Management: Manage the overall accounting function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable standards. Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) , including reconciliation and aging analysis. Ensure proper recording of transactions, monthly and annual closing of books. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking operations. Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial projections for management decision-making. Statutory Compliance & Return Filing: Ensure timely filing of statutory returns including TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and Income Tax Returns (ITR) . Handle compliance with statutory regulations and liaise with tax authorities as required. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and financial regulations. Payroll management. Audit & Controls: Coordinate and manage Internal Audit and Statutory Audit processes. Implement and monitor internal financial controls and SOPs for effective governance. Review and ensure proper documentation for audit readiness. Banking & Vendor Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, vendors, and suppliers . Manage loan documentation, bank reconciliations and credit facilities. Resolve supplier/vendor queries related to payments and reconciliations. Inventory & Branch Accounts: Lead inventory reconciliation at plant and branch levels , ensuring accuracy of stock records. Monitor movement of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables between plants/branches. Ensure proper accounting of stock transfers, consumption, wastages, and variances. Coordinate with plant, warehouse, and branch managers to ensure timely stock audits. Strengthen controls for inventory valuation and reporting in Zoho. System & Process Management: Manage accounting and finance operations through Zoho Books/Zoho Finance Plus, Kredily/ZIMYO payroll . Drive automation and process improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Cashflow management with Projection Credit control and aging
