Job Description We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in international freight forwarding and NVOCC services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering on ambitious sales goals across ocean freight, air freight, and project cargo. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing business Identify and pursue leads in export/import (FCL/LCL), reefer, special equipment, and project cargo Generate RFQs, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets Build long-term relationships with shippers, CHA, and other logistics stakeholders Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure smooth cargo movement Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales tactics Maintain accurate CRM records of meetings, pipeline, and closures Represent the company at logistics expos, trade events, and client visits Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding/NVOCC industry Strong knowledge of ocean and air freight operations (FCL, LCL, reefer, OOG, breakbulk) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Existing client base or network in logistics is a strong advantage Goal-oriented with a proactive and persistent attitude Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing logistics brand Career growth and international exposure Friendly and professional work environment Regular training and development programs Show more Show less
