Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Present and promote HCO Real Estates' properties to prospective buyers and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and site visits, providing detailed information and answering client queries.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 1- 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and property trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
