About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) sales operations in the Chandigarh Tricity region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the F&V supply chain, strong local market knowledge, and proven experience in B2B/B2C sales within the agri or fresh produce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for F&V across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula.
• Identify and onboard new B2B clients including wholesalers, retailers, HORECA, and modern trade channels.
• Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance, pricing, and market trends to meet volume and revenue targets.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
• Lead and mentor a small sales team to drive performance and accountability.
• Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and payment collections from clients.
• Build strong networks in the local mandi, distributor, and retailer ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&V or agri-commodities sector.
• Strong knowledge of local markets in Chandigarh Tricity region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Comfortable with basic MS Office tools and CRM systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.37 - ₹50,405.65 per month
