Senior Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather market intelligence and customer data to build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective customers.
• Acquire new customers within the allocated territory and expand the customer base.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to all inquiries with accurate, timely cost calculations and quotations.
• Negotiate terms of agreements including price, credit, delivery schedules, and product specifications.
• Finalize sales by generating purchase orders and closing deals efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments to track and update order status.
• Serve as the primary communication link between customers and internal teams.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Represent Globe Star Engineers at trade exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
• Submit timely and accurate Sales & Marketing MIS reports via ERP to reporting authorities.
• Execute all tasks assigned by management or other competent authorities within stipulated deadlines.

Education:

• Undergraduate:

  Diploma in Mechanical or Any Graduate with any specialization

• Postgraduate:

  MBA/PGDM (Any Specialization, preferably Marketing), M.Tech (Any Specialization, preferably Mechanical), M.Com, or relevant PG Diploma

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Sales & Marketing, Corporate Communications, and B2B Marketing
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with excellent coordination and communication abilities
• Proficient computer skills
• Marketing management expertise
• Willingness to travel extensively across the allocated territory
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
