Senior Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, your main objective is to actively seek out and engage customer prospects to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. You will need to conduct market research, identify selling opportunities, and evaluate customer needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for cold calling, networking, and utilizing social media to find new sales opportunities. Your key responsibilities include: - Setting up meetings with potential clients, listening to their wishes and concerns, and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services - Creating reviews and reports with sales and financial data - Ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations - Participating in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company - Negotiating and closing deals, as well as handling complaints or objections - Collaborating with team members to achieve better results - Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams - Identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients, and recommending solutions - Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance - Identifying product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends - Preparing reports, maintaining quality service, and staying updated on industry practices Additionally, you will be required to assist the Regional Sales Manager in any assigned activities or tasks. The specific job requirements for this role include: - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role - Proficiency in English and MS Office - Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques - Fast learner with a passion for sales and a results-driven approach - Bachelors or Masters Degree This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the locations of Kottayam, Kannur, and Kochi.,
