Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Pune. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, presenting product features and benefits to customers, and negotiating contracts. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and driving revenue growth for the company.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
Experience in presenting product features and benefits
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the security or building solutions industry is a plus
