Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding the market share for our products. You will work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and ensure that our brand remains competitive in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across key territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to junior sales team members.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics.
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts with large clients.
• Manage budgets and track sales expenses to ensure profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Knowledge of the Bakery or HORECA industry and market dynamics.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
