Job Role

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell villa projects, plots.
• Conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable property options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Angamali, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving Licence (Required)

• 75% (Preferred)
