The ideal candidate will play a key role in client relationship management, sales coordination, performance tracking, and adding value to our client experience. Key Responsibilities: Client Dealing: Engage with clients professionally, understand their needs, and offer tailored property solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Handle client inquiries and follow-up consistently. Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and deals. Track sales performance and assist in achieving monthly/quarterly targets. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Value Addition: Provide insights and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth. Educate clients about offers, financing options, and construction/customization services. Requirements: Proven experience in client relations, sales, or a related field (real estate experience is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
