Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow new and existing customer relationships within the bakery and HORECA industry. Promote and sell our range of bakery and HORECA ingredients. Conduct client visits to understand needs and offer tailored product solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the supply and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity. Requirements: Proven field sales experience, ideally in the food or bakery sector. Strong knowledge of bakery ingredients and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
