Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Web Designing & Digital Marketing

]Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelance (Specify accordingly)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing and web design services and a strong ability to identify and close new business opportunities. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for web design and digital marketing services.
  • Understand client requirements and present customized solutions that meet their goals.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online research.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve or exceed monthly targets.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • +12, Gradution
  • Proven sales experience in web design, SEO, PPC, social media, or related digital services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of websites, SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, etc.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing sales or web design services, Insurance sector, banking prodcuts, telecom sector, products sales etc
  • Prior agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience with B2B sales or B2C sales

Compensation:

  • Base salary + attractive commission structure (or specify "performance-based" if applicable).
  • Incentives and for exceeding targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
