Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying potential customers, explaining product features and benefits, and closing sales.
Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly and regional sales targets.
Sales Reporting: Maintaining records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Market Knowledge: Understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Promotional Activities: Participating in promotional activities, trade shows, and field visits to generate leads and promote the company's products.
Travel: Willingness to travel within the region and potentially Pan India.

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hydraulics or related industry.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively to close deals and secure favorable terms.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage leads, sales activities, and travel arrangements.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with hydraulic systems and products is beneficial.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
