Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Execution:Developing and executing regional marketing plans aligned with company objectives, including events, trade shows, and promotions.
Market Research:Identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Event Management:Organizing and managing events, trade shows, and roadshows to support sales and marketing objectives.
Sales Support:Collaborating with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and providing them with necessary support.
Brand Awareness:Building brand recognition and customer engagement through various field marketing activities.
Performance Analysis:Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed.
Relationship Building:Developing relationships with local organizations and partners to expand reach and impact.
Budget Management:Managing regional marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in field marketing or sales.
Proficiency in market research and analysis.
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and technologies.
Willing Travel Pan India

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
