Require Field Marketing Executive
High-end sanitary hardware industry

Qualification : Any Degree
Experience : 1-10 years
Salary : 18k-55k

Skills : Good Communication in English,Hindi & Telugu

Roles & Responsibility :

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the showroom’s design and sales team to ensure performance targets are met.

Sales Management: Drive the sales process from initial customer walk-in to final conversion, ensuring a high close rate and superior customer satisfaction

. • Design Oversight: Provide design expertise and guidance to customers and team members; ensure all designs meet brand standards and client expectations.

Performance Monitoring: Track monthly performance metrics for both design and sales teams, implementing strategies to improve productivity.

Customer Experience: Ensure every visitor to the Experience Center has a premium, consultative, and seamless journey.

Collaboration: Coordinate with central design, marketing, and operations teams to align on business goals and strategies.

Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in design trends, product knowledge, and consultative selling.

Reporting: Provide timely reports and updates to senior management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
