Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of high-efficacy LED lighting solutions for industrial and commercial applications. We specialize in energy-efficient, reliable, and project-specific lighting, catering primarily to industrial projects through collaborations with Electrical Consultants, MEP Contractors, large companies, and Turnkey Solution Providers. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth within the industrial segment through channel partners such as electrical consultants and MEP companies and through B2B sales with direct customers. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with electrical consultants, MEP companies, EPC contractors, and project procurement teams. Work closely with sales lead and MD to understand companys way of working and identify best paths to conversion of projects. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into successful orders. Generate leads through regular visits to existing customers and by identifying new accounts to approach. Work closely with the internal design and production teams to offer technically sound solutions. Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and consultant meets to enhance brand presence. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in B2B or project sales (preferably in industrial lighting, electricals, or electronics). Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Technical aptitude to understand and explain lighting products. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings and project follow-ups.
