Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team at PagarGuru, a leading provider of IT and payroll solutions. In this role, you will connect with potential clients through pre-qualified leads provided by the company, nurture relationships, and close sales to help businesses streamline their payroll and employee management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Activities:
  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms using company-provided leads.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate PagarGuru’s products and services effectively to prospective clients.

Follow-Up & Conversion:

  • Proactively follow up with prospects to close sales deals.
  • Address any concerns or queries clients may have and guide them toward making a purchase decision.

Target Achievement:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to maximize revenue.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Keep the CRM system updated with accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with field sales teams for handover of high-value leads or enterprise opportunities.
  • Share market feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1+ year of experience in inside sales, Telecalling, or customer service (freshers with strong skills are welcome).
  • Communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi, Gujarati, English, and Marathi
  • Proven ability to understand client needs and close sales.
  • Goal-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
