Senior Sales Engineering Manager

Role Overview: As a Product Marketing and Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and driving the short, medium, and long term product marketing and sales strategy. Your role includes setting sales targets in collaboration with the Head Ferro Alloys and ensuring revenue targets are met. You will also establish market and competitor intelligence to support business expansion and product pricing decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the sales team is well-informed about current and expected technical specifications of the product. - Prepare and maintain the sales & marketing budget in coordination with the Head Planning and Budgeting. - Regularly upload sales data on the Management Information System (MIS). - Facilitate the flow of customer order specifications to manufacturing and logistics divisions for efficient production and material flow planning. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. - Coordinate with the central legal team to expedite the contracting process with customers and establish efficient scheduling and servicing systems. - Identify key risks associated with customer contracts in collaboration with the central legal team. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in product marketing and sales strategy development. - Strong analytical skills to interpret market and competitor intelligence. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build relationships with customers. - Proficiency in budget preparation and maintenance. - Knowledge of legal aspects related to contracting processes would be advantageous.,
