Senior Sales Engineering Manager

As a Product Marketing and Sales Manager, your role involves developing and driving the short, medium, and long-term product marketing and sales strategy in alignment with the Head Ferro Alloys. Your responsibilities include setting and achieving revenue targets, establishing market and competitor intelligence, and utilizing this information for business expansion and product pricing. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure they are well-informed about current and expected technical specifications of the product. Your duties also include preparing and maintaining the sales & marketing budget in coordination with the Head Planning and Budgeting, as well as ensuring regular updates of sales data on the Management Information System (MIS). It is crucial for you to facilitate a smooth information flow regarding customer order specifications to the manufacturing and logistics divisions for efficient production and material flow scheduling. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers is a key aspect of your role, along with expediting the contracting process by collaborating with the central legal team when necessary. Identifying key risks associated with customer contracts in conjunction with the central legal team is another important responsibility that falls under your purview.
