Responsibilities [ Job description We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with a B.Tech degree to drive sales in the Markem Imaje department. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets while ensuring profitability. The role focuses on new business development, customer relationship management, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, excellent sales skills, and the ability to close deals. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: 1. Identify potential customers and generate leads for Markem Imaje coding machines. 2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and maintain contribution margins. 3. Conduct meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions. 4. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and sales proposals. 5. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales deals. 6. Develop a strong sales pipeline and ensure continuous order generation. Revenue & Target Achievement: 7. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining profit margins. 8. Ensure customer payments are collected within agreed credit terms. 9. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead. Customer Relationship Management: 11. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. 12. Provide post-sales support in coordination with the service team. 13. Ensure high customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals. Process & Compliance: 14. Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reports. 15. Adhere to Univend Associates Pvt Ltd’s sales process and reporting structure. 16. Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth sales execution. --- Key Requirements: Experience: 2-5 years in industrial sales (preferably in coding machines ). Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals, handle objections, and drive revenue. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of industrial machines and automation solutions. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication. Target Orientation: Proven ability to achieve sales targets with profitability. Willingness to Travel: Must be open to frequent travel within assigned territories. Process-Oriented Mindset: Must adhere to Univend’s core values and structured sales approach.
