Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Senior Service Engineer - Coding Machines. The Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing coding machines, providing technical support, and performing field service tasks. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing routine maintenance, installing and configuring equipment, and ensuring optimal performance of the coding machines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are a plus
• Prior experience with coding machines and industrial equipment is highly beneficial
