Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing technical support to clients. Daily tasks include conducting product presentations, preparing and delivering sales proposals, and collaborating with the engineering team to develop customized solutions. The role also involves traveling to client sites, attending industry events, and staying updated on industry trends and product developments.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing Skills: Experience in sales, client relationship management, and market analysis
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Ultrasonic Welding, Vibration Welding, Hot Plate Welding Machine, and Spin Welding technologies
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Additional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
