You'll sit at the intersection of technology and businessworking with customers, product owners, and engineering teams to scope, plan, and deliver software projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate understands modern software development (web/mobile/cloud, APIs, CI/CD) and can speak businessframing trade?offs, ROI, and risk in a way that helps stakeholders make confident decisions. Key Responsibilities End?to?end delivery ownership: Initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close projects per agreed scope, schedule, and budget. Requirements to outcomes: Facilitate discovery, refine requirements/acceptance criteria, and ensure business context is preserved in user stories and delivery plans. Agile execution: Run sprint ceremonies, maintain backlogs and roadmaps, and track velocity, dependencies, and release readiness. Stakeholder & client management: Set clear expectations, run status reviews, and provide crisp, data?driven updates to internal and external stakeholders. Solid grasp of modern software concepts: APIs, microservices, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, and basic data/AI terminology. Strong business communication: able to translate technical detail into business impact, articulate trade?offs, and influence decisions. Demonstrated stakeholder management with clients and senior leaders; calm under pressure and proactive in risk mitigation.
