Main Tasks:

• Responsible for customer relationship with 2 Wheeler OEMs space in India leading to new business acquisitions.
• Establish and develop long-lasting, reliable customer relationships with decision makers on all levels and in all relevant functions.
• Checking contracts and documents (orders, purchasing and warranty conditions), analyzing the deviations from existing agreements, evaluating the changes and developing a statement in cooperation with other specialist functions, negotiating with customers
• Independent coordination and presentation of the annual acquisition, sales and turnover as well as competition planning for the customer account
• Create and align cross-divisional customer strategy with customer and product business units.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction; analysis of feedback, definition of follow-up tasks, and ensure effectiveness (Customer Coordinator/Customer Satisfaction Coordinator)
• Coordination of sales activities with international characteristics and higher complexity (e.g. number of locations, product variety)
• Preparation of offers in the assigned product area based on customer inquiries
• Presentation and negotiation of the offers with the customer within the scope of the negotiation scope defined in advance

• Bachelor of Engineering from a reputed college/university. Degree in business administration will be added advantage.
• 5+ years of professional experience in sales with automotive industry
• Good knowledge of project management and negotiation
• Knowledge of cost accounting / calculation
• Knowledge of related sales planning & competitor mapping
