We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise in industrial automation and proven sales acumen. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored automation solutions that meet the evolving needs of our diverse clientele across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial automation sector, including OEMs, EPCs and end-user customers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Proactively generate sales leads through networking, market research, industry events, and direct customer engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and ensure proposed solutions meet client technical and business requirements.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate contract terms, and effectively close sales deals.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering,
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering within the industrial automation industry. Experience with specific automation brands (e.g., Schneider Electric, Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB,).
  • Previous experience in a technical support or field service role preferable.
  • Excellent connect with customers in OEM, EU, SI.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify potential accounts, generate leads, and close sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
